So tonight, as I was listening to a bunch of really shitty yet also strangely listenable pop music (BANG BANG INTO THE ROOM) I began to think. I thought long and hard, and basically what I came up with was this.
I need a long term mantra to follow.
So I listened to some more shitty pop for a bit, and in the midst of this think, I remembered something I had seen in Team Fortress 2.
BE POLITE. BE EFFICIENT. HAVE A PLAN TO KILL EVERYONE YOU MEET.
And it was in that moment when I found my mantra. I pretty much already have the be polite part down, now I just need to work of the efficiency and killing bits. So I stopped merely thinking. I began to to do more than just think.
I BEGAN TO PLOT THE DEMISE OF LITERALLY EVERY OTHER PLAYER IN THIS GAME.
All of these plans follow a basic outline of "Convince 4 people to vote for one person." They are as follows.
1. Peih-Gee, Reed, and Eliza are the easiest ones to pick off. All the Genji alliance needs to do is follow Rupert's advice, throw a couple of challenges, and then just Pagong them. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy.
2. Alternatively, Rob and I could turn on the Genji alliance, align with at least 2 former Fujis and then vote out Abi and/or Corinne. It would take some convincing on our parts but I think we could pull it off.
3. On the other side of things, if I were to want to get rid of Siska, Alex, Amber and/or Baylor I already have Coach Nate and Rupert going for votes, and I could probably get someone to throw a vote their way and get rid of them.
4. To vote out Nate, I'm sure Rupert is down. Coach could maybe be swayed if I tell him something like "Yeah me and Rob have decided Nate is a liability." As for the other two votes needed, Siska and Amber could maybe be swayed by telling them that he's not quite active and is a liability.
5. Rupert and Coach are a bit more tricky. I could maybe get them to vote for each other, let Siska vote for either of them, and Nate would be a third vote, although it would take some swaying to get him to vote Coach. After that one vote is needed. Again I could maybe talk Baylor/Amber into voting a certain way.
6. Then there's Rob. The people I could maybe get to vote for him are Abi, Corinne after telling them about The Regulators (while painting myself as a double-agent trying to gather information for the Genji side) plus maybe Eliza's vote.
I'll see how the challenge goes and maybe put one of these plans into action.

I was talking with Amber just now, and she just gave me some big news. Apparently Coach doesn't like me and Rob at all. In his opinion, I'm acting way too cocky, which is actually not that inaccurate. But he's also catching on to the fact that me and Rob are working together. He says we're the only two trying to even make an attempt at cross tribal chat and that's how he's figuring it out. This is not good at all. So me and rob will begin launching a retaliation against him.
I will talk to Rupert about it. Last round Rupert flipped a shit when he found out Greg wanted him out, so if he here's Coach was doing the same thing, I think it will produce similar results and put a huge target on Coaches back.
Rob will talk to Nate. He will tell him something to the effect of "Look man, Coach isn't as committed to The Regulators as we thought." I'm sure that Nat will be willing to work it out mostly to keep himself safe.
So that's two votes Coach. I could maaaaaaaaaybe convince Siska "Hey man, this cat is untrustworthy, you should get him out." Although I have no idea if it would work.
Then there's the issue of the fourth vote. I think what I'd have to do is probably get maybe Rupe or Nate to campaign, doing it myself might not be the best way to go.
So yeah, apparently I actually have a target on my back. Now things start getting fun, if not a little unnerving. This makes immunity EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

And in the event that Genji ends up going to tribal, Rob and I have decided to target PG. We feel like her distrusting us is enough, there's no reason to take a risk and keep. She'd potentially spread more word about Rob an I then there is already. I'm sure Corinne and Abi would be down with the plan.
So now everything just hinges on immunity. As it always does.

Do it, Figga. For Nate, for Granny...for Caretaker.
OK, maybe not for Nate.

I swear...to...fucking...Christ...himself.
Okay, here's the deal. The challenge has been posted. Now you would think that there would be lots and lots of strategizing going on Genji right now? FUCK NOPE, JACK SHIT'S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.
There was a bare minimum of talk going on before everyone just fucking vanished to God knows where. Except for Abi, who decided rather recklessly to use the clear potion on herself, then acting in the chat like she was drunk off Tequilla.
So I try to engage people in conversation about the challenge, and people are just straight up NOT RESPONDING TO ME. Like, we could be going to tribal if we don't win, where the fuck are you guys? Finally I talk with Corinne, who actually wants to help with this thing, only problem is we need more cause two people aint much. I see Reed is also online, so I talk to him, try to explain to him the concept of giving Jason the blue poison.
At this point in the conversation I start losing my shit internally, because this motherfucker is apparently as dense as the goddamned Dead Sea.
That just pissed me off even more. "Don't mock me."
That's not the end of it neither! No, he decides to start bitching to me about Abi, saying "Oh, she didn't take the clear one without consulting us about it first, I think that shit has a clue to an idol in it." LIKE....FUCKING....GRAH. SO WHAT IF IT DOES, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT DOES ANY FUCKING WAY. I personally think that that shit doesn't even do anything, it's just there to make people paranoid and shit. His bitching does not end there, he flat out tells me he wants to kill Abi. That's not a good move on his part, because I can maybe use the fact that he hates her against him in the future. AND HE'S STILL NOT DONE. He starts going off about how "I don't think we can win this challenge anyway, it's all luck." I try to explain to him that it's not all luck, you have to know how the other tribe would think, and THAT is why strategizing things like this early on is important. "Oh, I don't think we've known these people long enough to know how they think."
Fucking Christ man. At least I have Corinne to talk it out with, she's understands I'm being fucking bitchy right now. BUT FUCK IT, THIS DUDE IS BEING A COMPLETE IDIOT AND I'M TRYING TO TALK SENSE INTO HIM.
Don't be surprised if you start seeing me downing whatever potion I get in extreme depression.

Okay, I think we have most of our shit together. PG got on so I discussed things with her and we planned out who got what was remaining. Gotta wait for everyone to post their stuff and then we gotta wait to see if we think better then Fuji thinks.
I think it's also fair to say that I despise this challenge and it makes me want to tear my hair out. Hah.

Wow. Big info just dropped in my lap, courtesy of Corinne.
So according to her, PG and Reed went to her and Abi offering to form an alliance with them to take out me and Rob. Reed thinks we're running the game, and also told Corinne that I hate Coach. Quite luckily for me, Corinne doesn't believe him, and straight up told me all of his plans. So now we switched the vote to Reed, seeing as though he is the mastermind of this whole thing.
But him just knowing all of this is very dangerous for both my and Rob's game. I dunno who told him about Rob and I, but I have a very big hunch it's Coach. That motherfucker. The longer he stays in this game the more danger I'm in. We have to take him out, and FAST.
Also, props to Abi for being all "Let's just say yes to their plan so that they don't target us." Smart girl.

I got to thinking about something that Rupert said when he got switched to Fuji. He told everyone in the alliance that we should throw the next few challenges in order to get rid of the Fujis on our tribe, but also to insure Rupert's safety. Apparently had they gone to tribal, he would have been the one to go, and we need Rupert to keep our numbers strong at the merge.
So I talked it over with everyone else, and they are all down for it. So it's official, Genji will throw the next two challenges in order to keep Rupert around. It unfortunately keeps Coach in the game, but hopefully our numbers will protect us.
What i'm worried about is when we'll merge. I expect to merge at either 10 or 11. If we merge at 11 then we're perfect, the whole Genji alliance makes the merge. But if we merge at 10, then we have a problem. Namely, either Genji loses and we're forced to out one of our own member, or Fuji loses and we run the risk of losing Rupert. It's a big risk, but we have to go with it.

Sure. Faking an idol is originally Malcolm's idea, rather than say...Rupert's, or Bob's, or Ozzy's, or Yau-Man's.

At the suggestion of Brian, here's the plan as it stands right now...
Step 1: Throw the next few tribal challenges to get out the Fuji members in Genji. Step 2: Merge Step 3: Go to Coach. Step 4: Play dumb with him, tell him "Look man, I've been hearing you've been trying to target me, but I don't believe them and I still trust you. I know that there's a group of Genis targeting you right now, but I still want to keep you around to keep The Regulators alive." Step 5: Give him the idol. Step 6: Tell him "When I was originally made Daimyo of the Genji tribe, you guys were told we were immune the first tribal. However, that wasn't true." (point out how in the first Genji TC thread there's no mention of me being immune) "Instead, we were given these. I want to give mine to you, play it at tribal and save yourself." Step 7: He hopefully plays tt and gets Randy'd out. Step 8:..... Step 9: PROFIT!
