i think there are a lot of voices and people who have ideas about how they wanna do things but that we usually make it a group effort when it comes to the final decision and do what seems to be smartest, sometimes that means listening to one person sometimes that means listening to another, but I don't think that it's ever a case where one person or people are steamrolling their opinions over everybody else's and telling them that they have do one thing or another, no.
