I would love to say this round was a whirlwind of epic proportions, but I would be flat out lying. What I can say about this round is that I have solidified a five person alliance with Alex, Eliza, Jason and Peih-Gee. If I had to guess, I feel our first vote out post Nelehtroll will be either Amber or Baylor, and having talked more in depth with Baylor, I am now over my petty feelings about her dissing on Spencer and Cagayan. I mean, obviously, or I wouldn't be working with Peih-Gee.
Yah, right. I knew there would be no majority alliance if Peih-Gee wasn't apart of it, and as the old saying goes: keep your friends close and those people I want to say are Parvati and Eliza, but keep your enemies closer. Jason, who lied to me day one, Peih-Gee, who is going to kill us all with her social game, and Alex, who I believe is a lot smarter than anyone realizes, and someone I will be watching closely because I see him as a silent but deadly type, exactly like the fart but more lethal.
I feel what shocked me most about this round is how little effort Parvati put into the challenge. She and Amber both were lost little puppies, but at least Amber stepped it up and posted something, however illegible it was. Parvati was against this challenge from the start, and really, the only thing she contributed was stepping up to ask for an extension. I was really disappointed in her especially because I am fighting through final papers and still managed to post a story that was only shorter than Eliza's introduction.
The idea for the challenge was almost completely mine and everyone followed through who needed too. I've always loved zodiac signs and it was the first subject that came to mind when I saw we had complete creative freedom to write about anything. It was also my idea for everyone to write their own story with the zodiac animals that they wanted too, or the ones they fell under in the chart. As an afterthought, I felt it was also a good way for the tribe to bond, learning a little bit about one another through their Japanese animal signs is always fun.
I think it was Amber who also came up with doing fairy-tales with morals or at least a happy ending. I love happy endings. So I hope, like this challenge, this game ends on a happy note for me.
